Ethyl acetate Fenitrothion

Analytical standards. Fenitrothion (1 C-ring-labelied, sp. act. 73.7 pCi/mg) was provided by Sumitomo Chemical Co. Ltd.. Fenitrothion, fenitrooxon (FO), S-methyl fenitrothion (SMF), and amino-fenitrothion (AF) were obtained from R. Greenhalgh (Agriculture Canada, Ottawa). The hydrolysis product 3-methyl-4-nitrophenol (MNP) was obtained from Aldrich Chemicals, St. Louis. Standards were prepared in ethyl acetate or methanol. [Pg.278]

Paraoxon, guthion, fenitrothion, and methyl- and ethyl-parathion were extracted fh)m fruit and separated in 8 min using a 75/25 methanol/water (25 mM acetic acid) mobile phase and a C g column (A = 260 nm). Detection limits of 0.3 ng injected were reported and calibration standards from 3 to 200 ng were used [191]. These values corresponded to <10ng/L in water samples and 50pg/kg in soil extracts. [Pg.104]
