Polyethylene glycol should be weighed into clean, dry, light-resistant containers and sealed under nitrogen protection. Bulk container should be flushed with nitrogen and resealed. 

Mix ethclorvynol, polyethylene glycol 400, and glycerin (if used) in an open stainless steel drum until uniform. 

Cover with loose-fitting polyethylene cover, permitting gas to escape. Fumes will discolor 

Mix gelatin to uniform consistency with minimal introduction of air. Encapsulate using the drug mixture into 1000 capsules using gelatin mass red opaque and 6.6 m size die roll.
