Chiral complexes of metals other than ruthenium such as rhodium, iridium, aluminium, palladium and vanadium have been used successfully to racemize secondary alcohols as part of DKR processes [77-80]. Their compatibility with the enzymatic reactions remains the main requirement for efficient resolution.
