ENDOR AND ESEEM STUDIES OF [NIFE] HYDROGENASE HYPERFINE STRUCTURE 

Several specific problems have been addressed using hyperfine spectroscopy on the [NiFe] hydrogenases  

Measurement of the HFCs of the metal nuclei by the use of iso-topically labeled ( Ni, Fe) hydrogenase. 

Magnitudes of HFCs of ligand nuclei to estimate the spin density distribution. 

Identification of bridging ligand X by determination of the respective hyperfine data using labeling and exchange procedures.
