In recent study, Hanid et al. (2014) developed the regenerated cellulose/halloy-sites (RC/HNT) nanocomposites with different nanofillers loading were fabricated by dissolving the cellulose in l-ethyl-3-methylimidazolium chloride (EMIMCl) ionic liquid. The X-ray diffractometer (XRD) patterns of the films revealed that characteristic diffraction angle was displayed at 2 = 12° corresponds to (1 lO) plane, while peak at 20 = 20.0° and 26 = 22.0° corresponded to (110) and (020) planes, respectively.
