E Physical Hazards

The fishbone diagram allows the JHA developer to review at a glance each part of the job and assess how the pieces fit together. The JHA may find that the various elements of the job do not match, i.e., physical hazards may not match the proper preventative measures. The tasks design may not consider the current environment or where the job is performed. Different people may be doing the job and not received the needed level of training.
