Double-rotation centrifugation

In the double rotation centrifuge process, the heated grains are sintered together in a kind of centrifuge. Hollow bodies of poly(ethylene) with capacities of up to 10 000 liters are manufactured by this technique. 

From a spectroscopic point of view, CH is quite similar to OH. It has a 2 n ground state and a large rotational constant. In consequence, A-doubling and centrifugal distortion...

The A-doubling and 14N magnetic and electric hyperfine parameters were discussed at length in chapter 8. We have nothing significant to add here, except to note that the centrifugal distortion corrections are much more accurately defined by the studies of higher rotational levels. 

The system operating pressure is contained by a double-row cooled and lubricated carbon mechanical seal between the casing and rotating shaft in the vapor space at the upper end of the centrifuge assembly.
