Documentation and follow-up of results

All findings from the analysis are documented in the Coarse analysis record sheet according to Table 22.3. The following outline is proposed for the analysis report  

The report should be subject to quality control before it is approved and distributed. As a minimum, this should include a review by the team members. In project work, quality control is accomplished through interdisciplinary checks. For analyses of existing plants, the report should be sent to plant management for review. It is a management responsibility to follow up on results.
