Display Together

In order to support the scanners, a special scanner driver utility for configuration and operation of the scanners is included in the system. Figure 6 shows the scanner control window on the PC display together with the remote scanner control unit, from where the same functions can be controlled. [Pg.787]

These charts have the parameter curves superimposed on the standard M I L) correction factor curves. Thus the four pertinent groups, P, R, T, and -N, are displayed together on the same chart. The design calculation is thus reduced to finding F and A/, given P and R the performance calculation is reduced to finding F and P, given R and N. ... [Pg.489]

In Table 4, finite difference Hartree-Fock energies, Ef p, for the four diatomic systems considered in this work are displayed together with the nuclear separations at which the calculations were performed. [Pg.131]

For listing organisms their systematic name is preferred. If these are not mentioned in the literature, the names from the respective literature are used. For example if an enzyme from yeast is described without being specified further, yeast will be the entry. This field defines the code numbers for the organisms in which the enzyme with the respective EC number is found. These code numbers (form < >) are displayed together with each entry in all fields of BRENDA where organism-specific information is given. [Pg.639]

In Fig. 9, the selectively excited emission spectra of site A of Ir(4,6-dFppy)2(acac) in CH2C12 at 1.7 and 10 K are displayed together with a spectrum obtained at 77 K for comparison. [Pg.208]

Fig. 13.5. Structure of a specific EcoRV-DNA complex. The regions subjected to mutagenesis as described in Lanio et al (1998) are highlighted in red (amino acid residues 95 to 104), green (amino acid residues 180 to 184) and blue (amino acid residues 219 to 226). In B only the regions subjected to mutagenesis are displayed, together with the DNA. Fig. 13.5. Structure of a specific EcoRV-DNA complex. The results of the computation, such as the wind field, concentration and dose distribution, are stored in the magnetic disc and are displayed on the graphic display together with some map elements. The user can select several kinds of map elements, such as administrative boundaries, coast lines, road/railroad, topography and locations of towns. The system can display the following information ... [Pg.405]

As already seen in Ch. 4, IR spectroscopy is by far the most precise method to provide information on H-bonds. It is therefore interesting to examine this particular point of the existence of free O H groups, or of broken H-bonds in liquid water. This is the object of Figure 9.1 where the IR absorption spectrum of a 1 jim thick film of liquid water is displayed together... [Pg.216]

The IR spectrum of carbon tetrachloride (file MIR TETRA) in the spectral range 660-900 cm is displayed together with two Lorentzian functions added. Figure 11.3. When several hit numbers are checked in the search report, it is also possible to display together several spectra (see Fig. 11.32). Of course, the substance information and the structure are only given for the hit number marked in red. [Pg.153]

Analogue process safety variables should be displayed together with their setpoints in the monitoring (control) room or at local control panels. In this way operating personnel can do plausibility checks, so that fault detection times are kept short and the setpoint setting can be checked easily. [Pg.221]

Multipole fluctuation strength of the cosmic microwave background radiation as a function of the spherical harmonic index I. The location and the height of the first minimum favors a spatially flat Universe, while the level of the fluctuations in the higher multipoles (/ > 400) Indicates the presence of a low-density baryonic component (<5%). The measurements cover already the damping region (/ > 1,000). Wilkinson Microwave Anisotropy Probe (WMAP) data are displayed together with results of earlier balloon observations (Reprinted from Nolta et al. 2009 with kind permission of the first author, the WMAP Science Team, and AAS)... [Pg.617]

The backlight power required for monochrome supertwisted displays, together with the corresponding circuit power, does not exceed 5 watts, which is six times lower than that for cathode ray tube (CRT) displays [6]. For color displays with RGB filters on one of the substrates the backlight power increases by five times, but this still cannot be achieved by any of the competing color display types. [Pg.437]
