Diorganotin Salts or Esters of Oxygen Acids

The diorganocln derivatives of oxygen acids and their derivatives summarized in Table I65 are prepared by the following methods. 

H2O hydration and exchange by 0 NMR spectroscopy (2 17). NaSCN complex formation and stability const. (2699). 

Hydrolysis const. (1695) dissocn. const, and hydration (I695). Anal, detn. by amperometric titration (1695) by ion exchange and alkalimetric titration (20 0). 

with l-(2-Pyridylazo)-2-naphthol spectrophotometrie evidence for 1 1 chelate (1695)  

By rxn. of Bu2SnCl2 with AgNO in MeOH in 66% yield (1120).
