Ivabradine is metabolised by CYP3A4 and its levels may therefore be increased significantly in the presence of inhibitors of this isoenzyme, such as some azoles, diltiazem, some macrolides, ne-fazodone, protease inhibitors, or verapamil. [Pg.894]
