Dill papers

A series of semiempirical MO treatments of the benzenediazonium ion and the phenyl cation were made in the 1960s and early 1970s. These results were superseded by some papers published between 1976 and 1981 by Schleyer s group (Dill etal., 1976, 1977), by Castenmiller and Buck (1977), by Vincent and Radom (1978), by the groups of Simonetta and Zollinger (Gamba et al., 1980), by Alcock et al. (1980 a), and by Tasaka et al. (1981). [Pg.177]

A very popular scheduling framework is based on mixed-integer programming. Herein, the scheduling problem is modeled in terms of variables and algebraic inequalities and solved by mathematical optimization techniques. In opposition to this well-established framework, a different approach is advocated in the paper by Alur and Dill [8] on timed automata (TA). [Pg.220]

According to the minutes SIR JOHN DILL said that he had read the paper with great interest. The British and Polish Governments and General Staffs had been in close touch throughout... ADMIRAL LEAHY, on behalf of the Combined Chiefs of Staff, expressed his appreciation for the valuable paper and discussion put forward by the Polish representatives. ... [Pg.293]

Dill et al. have undertaken an extensive exploration of the BN2D model. They use both analytical as well as simulation methods to compute a wide range of properties of this model. As expected, the system exhibits a minimum in the temperature dependence of the molar volume, a large value of the heat capacity, and a minimum in the temperature dependence of the compressibility. For more details, the reader is referred to the review article by Dill et al. (2005), and the original papers cited here. [Pg.229]
