Dichotomic driving

Consider the discrete model of the periodically driven doublewell potential system. According to subsection 2.3.1 a cycle of this system consists of two driven rate processes. Thus we can employ eqs. (2.36) and (2.38) in order to evaluate the mean frequency and the effective diffusion coefficient. To be more specific, we consider a symmetric doublewell potential with dichotomic driving.
