C-I/DEC.26 adopted by the Conference of the States Parties at its First Session on 16 May 1997 and entitled Destroyed chemical weapons munitions retained for display or training purposes  

Adopts the concept concerning destroyed chemical weapons munitions retained for display or training purposes, armexed hereto. 

CONDITIONS UNDER WHICH UNFILLED CHEMICAL MUNITIONS WHICH A STATE PARTY WISHES TO RETAIN FOR DISPLAY OR TRAINING PURPOSES ARE CONSIDERED DESTROYED
