Design of Simulation Parameters

Assume that there are three upstream enterprises, three middle enterprises and two downstream enterprises in a three-level decentralized control supply chain, which is shown in Fig. 5.4. The supply chain includes three supply chain cells which are shown in Fig. 5.5. For supply chain cell/, upstream enterprise 1 can supply raw materials 1 and 2, upstream enterprise 3 can supply raw material 3, node enterprise f can produce two products 1 and 2, and the BOM relationship between raw materials and products is 1 1. For supply chain cell f, upstream enterprise 1 can supply raw materials 1 and 2, upstream enterprise 2 can supply raw materials 2 and 4, node enterprise can produce two products 4 and 5, and the BOM relationship between raw materials and products is 1 1. For supply chain cell/, upstream enterprise 2 can supply raw materials 2 and 4, upstream enterprise 3 can supply raw material 3, node enterprise/ can produce two products 3 and 4, and the BOM relationship between raw materials and products is 1 1. All those are shown in Fig. 5.6. 

In the supply chain, market supply prices of raw materials of the upstream enterprises obey normal distribution Vmj t) N n, a ) and market demand prices of finished products of the downstream enterprises obey normal distribution Phj t) N fip, (Tp), which are shown in Tables 5.2 and 5.3 respectively. Planning period T = 4. Cost parameters and capacity constraints of supply chain cell are shown in Tables 5.2, 5.3 and 5.4. Market demand for the finished products can be obtained by appl5dng the forecasting technology of customer demand combination
