Delta receptors superfamily

CD3 complex of delta, epsilon, gamma, zeta and eta chains of integral membrane glycoproteins that associates with T cell antigen receptor (TCR), and is required for TCR cell surface expression and signal transduction. CDS is a universally expressed by T cells. Member of immunoglobulin superfamily. 

Endogenous opioid receptors have been identified, cloned, and sequenced. They are members of the trimeric G-protein-binding superfamily, which are coupled to signal transduction via adenyl cyclase, and to Ca and ion-channel transport.
