Delivery times for equipment

Normal conditions mean that only minor amounts of overtime are involved, that an adequate number of competent tradesmen can be found, and that scheduled delivery times for equipment and supplies will be met. No provisions are made for work stoppages or slowdowns due to labor unrest.
