Dawn simulators

Combining the light-box treatment and the dawn simulator will have the most powerful effect on your SAD. The next most effective intervention is the light alone, and then the dawn simulator alone. I like telling my patients about the dawn simulator because, after the initial purchase, it requires no time or effort and can really help with the sleep phase disorder. So for people who can t sit in front of the light box, it s a great option.
