Cyclosilaphosphanes and Arsanes

2-Di-t butyl-3,3-diorgano-l,2,3-diphosphasililanes [420] can be prepared from dichlorodiorganosilanes and l,2-dipotassium-l,2-di-t-butyl biphosphide (Eq. 3.221)  

The pyrolysis of bis[bis(trimethylsilyl)arsino]dimethylsilane leads to the adamantane-like cage [(H3C)2Si]eAs4 [423]. The cage [(HgQjSijgP can be obtained by pyrolysis of bis(phosphino)dimethylsilane (Eq. 3.223)
