Critical Sampling Point Determination in Cleanroom (Viable Count) 

The purpose is to establish that conhdence sampling locations of environmental samples are capable of detecting all possible contamination sources within monitored areas. 

It is the responsibility of the microbiologist concerned to follow the procedure. The quality control (QC) manager is responsible for SOP compliance. 

Choose locations, considering the airflow, criticality, and configuration distributions (determine on the area drawing). The number of sampling point locations shall be less than Aj derived from the following equation
