Creatine physiological effects

Ochoa s first publication in biochemistry (1929) was based on work in Juan Negrin s physiology laboratory. It was a method for the determination of total creatine in muscle. He had earlier completed a study on the effect of guanidine on the melanophores of the skin of the frog in the physiology laboratory of Noel Paton in Glasgow. [Pg.3]
