CP The Biotech Procedure

Council Regulation (EEC) No. 2309/93 originally laid down the procedures for authorization (and also for the establishment of EMEA). The regulation was amended in 1998 by Commission Regulation (EC) No. 649/98. It contained two annexes Annex A defined the biotech products for which the CP was mandatory and Annex B listed products for which the procedure was optional. [Pg.1681]
