Conversion from Ceramics for the Fabrication of MOFs

Although a couple of reports have been showing how promising is the use of ceramics (e.g., Zn(OH)2 [27] and y-AlO(OH) [87]) as precursor for the inorganic nodes of the framework, the use of sol-gel is a more recent discovery.
