The compounds 6a and 6b have been prepared by successive lithiation of hexahydro-2-phenyl-1,3,2-diazaborine and reaction with CIB[N(CH3)2]2 [28, 29] 7a and 7b were prepared from 6b by transamination with H2N(CH2)3NH2 [29]. [Pg.158]

An X-ray structure determination of 6b shows that the two annular B-N distances average 145.6 pm, and the two exocyclic B-N bonds average 146.3 pm [28, 29]. [Pg.158]
