Conclusion and limitations of the research

The work at hand presents an approach for the determination of the economic value generated by an SCL The determination is provided by a system dynamics-based simulation as well as a fiizzy logic model, which are both framed by an extrapolation 

The same statements apply to the fuzzy logic model, which is valid for any kind of SCI as long as it affects the determinants of the logistics customer service. The fuzzy logic model is deployable for all kinds of supply chain players with no limitations to industry and country since these ftictors are considered within the input interface of the model. 

Putting the limitations of the three components together, the scope of application of the entire quantification approach comprises any kind of SCI with the exception of one
