Complex monodispersity

Complex monodispersity is analyzed by analytical SEC using a Sepax SRT-C 300 column. Details of the assay are described in Chapter 11 by Gustavsson et al. Absorbance at 280 nm (A280) is recorded and plotted as a function of elution time to obtain the SEC trace.
