Genesis has two types of atoms on the menu MAT (matter) and LIA ( liaison, or link in English). Basically, there are two kinds of MAT MAS and SOL. Matter is represented by coloured circles by default MAS is orange and SOL is green (the user can customise these colours). MAS stands for mass and it has three parameters inertia M, initial position XO and speed VO. A mass will preserve its position and speed if no force is applied to it. SOL is an element that cannot move because its mass is infinite and its velocity is always zero (that is, its position never varies).
