The solution of (11.2.1), (11.2.2) or (11.3.1) -(11.3.3) together with (11.3.4) allows one to evaluate the main characteristics of a nucleating liquid film. Certain assumptions on mechanisms and process conditions gives one an opportunity to simplify significantly this evaluation. The stripped cmmb slurry is further washed with water, then dewatered, dried, and baled as final product. Part of the water from this final washing is recycled to the coagulation stage, and the remainder is discharged for treatment.
