Cleanroom workers

All personnel working in a clean area should be instructed as to why things are the way they are and the importance of cleanhness. They should be trained in the proper procedures for the cleanroom. One person should be designated as the cleanroom monitor. This person should observe cleanroom procedures, instruct or remind individuals as necessary, and prepare a review to be discussed at weekly or monthly meetings. This person should behave in a non-antagonistic maimer (not be a policeman) but rather should promote group awareness and concern. It may be desirable to rotate this responsibility among cleanroom workers. [Pg.544]
