Citrus peel oils storage

Citrus peel oils have been used widely in beverages, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, and perfumery industry, whereas seed oils are used in cooking and for treatment of leather and textile. The quality, freshness, and uniqueness of citrus oils are major considerations pertaining to their value and applications (43).
