Propafenone Citalopram

Fluoxetine markedly inhibits the metabolism of propafenone by 5-hydroxylation, and paroxetine would be expected to behave similarly, but the clinical consequences of this are unknown. Fiu-voxamine would be expected to inhibit the metabolism of propafenone by iV-dealkylation. Sertraline, citalopram (and probably escitalopram) would not be expected to interact to a significant extent. [Pg.275]
