John Christie received a B.Sc. in chemistry and his Ph.D. in theoretical chemistry from the Australian National University. He is currently senior lecturer in the chemistry department at La Trobe University. His research areas are theoretical chemistry— simplistic model approaches, mass spectrometry, and the theory of reactions.
