Chlorine essential mineral nutrient

At least thirteen mineral elements have been shown to be essential in human nutrition. These include calcium, magnesium, sodium, potassium, phosphorus, sulfur, and chlorine (principal mineral elements), and iron, copper, iodine, manganese, cobalt, and zinc (trace elements).
