Chemoff faces

Chemoff faces are simple glyphs that associate variables with facial features, such as the size and shape of the mouth, eyes, nose, and facial outline. The motivation was the recognition that humans are extremely capable of discriminating faces, and that traditional visualization methods seemed to be less valuable in producing an emotional response. While this may be true for most multivariate data, it is certainly not the case with chemical structure diagrams.
