Centrifugal rotary disk atomizer, spray drying

Rotating Nozzle (rotary atomizer) fluid is fed at low pressure to the center of a rapidly rotating disk and centrifugal force breaks up the fluid. These types of nozzles are used mainly in a spray drying application.
