Caesium melting point

Metallic substances vary in hardness from, e.g., sodium and gallium which can easily be cut with a knife, to very hard materials such as tungsten, which finds applications in making drills etc. Their melting and boiling points are equally variable, and correlate fairly well with their hardness. The studies of this period led to a definition of severe accident protection criteria (see Section 1-2 and Chapter 18) similar to those already in force in Italy and to those developed in Sweden.
