Balanced Experiential Inquiry

In this project, our inquiry strategy was similar to the Balanced Experiential Inquiry approach.37 We asked leaders for their perceptions and stories about particular problems they saw in the organization. We interspersed these questions with inquiries about their peak experiences in the organization. Thus, in the quotes we present later, the reader should notice statements of both types positive and negative.
