AZZURRA machine

The first detector was developed by Tecoplast in Casumaro, Ferrara-Italy, to separate PVC from PET. The application of this system resulted in the introduction of an automatic plant processing drink plastic bottles using the AZZURRA machine. A peculiar composition of the collected material made it possible to fully automate the operations of selection, thus totally excluding manual handling of bottles. [Pg.104]
