Aviation regulated solid or liquid Any material which has narcotic, noxious or other properties such that, in the event of spillage or leakage on an aircraft, extreme annoyance or discomfort could be caused to crew members so as to prevent the correct performance of assigned duties. ICAO 2-9.1... [Pg.160]

This is a similar provision to that required by the International Civil Aviation Organization [7] for packages containing certain liquid hazardous material intended for transport by air. In this edition of the Regulations the provision has been expanded to include all forms of radioactive material. [Pg.105]
