Authorization of Appropriations

Congress authorized to be appropriated 1,000,000 for fiscal year 2009, and 1,500,000 for each of fiscal years 2010 through 2013.  

2695c(b). The obligation to disseminate information on the exposure of children to environmental hazards is the same here as in TSCA 503(b). The only difference is that in this section the obligation is not limited to the Federal Director, but also includes the Commercial Director established under EISA. 

This section on appropriations appears to be the last section in HHPS, given the amended Table of Contents for TSCA provided in the EISA (TSCA 505(b)). However 462 of the EISA, which directly follows this amended Table of Contents, is entitled Study on Indoor Environmental Quality in Schools, a topic that would seem to fit within the language and the goals of the HHPS. but was not included by Congress.

SEC. 8. AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS. There are authorized to be appropriated such sums as are necessary to carry out this Act.
