A/ery common all-grade adverse reactions were hot flushes and headaches, and common adverse reactions were neutropenia, visual hallucinations, anxiety, cognitive disorder, memory impairment, hypertension, dry skin, pruritus, fractures (except pathological fractures) and falls.
