At the Heart of a Diversity Program

In a recent study (Kalev et al. 2006) °, three sociologists examined data from 1971 to 2002 for 708 private-sector establishments (white and black men and women were considered in this study) to evaluate the efficacy of various programs to increase the diversity at upper levels of management. [Pg.37]
