Ascaris coeloma

The Dog Ascaris Allergy Test. Ascaris-sensitive Beagle dogs were used. On tlie clipped abdomen two intradermal injections of 0, 05 ml were given, one of diluted Ascaris coeloma fluid (ACF, 1 100 in saline) and one of histamine (lOjtig/ml saline).
