It is also advisable to use the equal sign for evaluation in defining a user function in Mathcad. After typing the name of a new function it is better to press not < (> ( a parenthesis opened a list of arguments) but <=>. The reason is the same to protect a user from the possible errors connected with reassignment of the functions.
