Application of the Outputs

The product oil corresponding to heavy oil A, is used as fuel in the sewage plant of Niigata city as well as in a test application for a diesel engine in the Niigata Tekko Co. Ltd (applicable for power plant using diesel engines). The NO content in exhaust gas is of similar level to that for heavy oil A, and DXNs contents were 0.0055 ng TEQ/N m.  

A residue used for analysis contained 47% oil. The residne has a higher heating value than that of coal and is snitable for energy recovery. However, it contains chlorine and heavy metals as shown in Table 26.8. Any exhanst gas and fly ash treatment must be carefully considered in its application. Recently, it has been nsed in a fnmace, and has contributed to the improvement of heat balance, as described above.

Thus, if unit A was permissive and remains permissive (e.g. it authorizes the traction), when imit B becomes restrictive, the overall output remains permissive. But if neither A nor B authorize the Unlocking of Doors, but B now demands unlocking, the inconsistency finally prohibits the application of the output, and this lasts until the two units are in agreement about the unlocking process.
