Antipyrine hepatic disease

Hepatic function may be impaired as may drug-metabolising capacity (t of antipyrine, a general indicator of the drug-metabolising capacity, may increase by 30%). Gallbladder disease is more common, and highly vascular hepatocellular adenomas occur (rare).
