Antioxidants leaching, prevention

Another example of an ene reaction that has been applied to natural rubber has led to the concept of network-bound antioxidants, thus preventing them leaching from the rubber. The initial stage of the reaction involves an ene reaction between the rubber and a nitroso compound.
