ACKNOWLEDGMENTS The National Science Foundation provided primary support for this project (Grant CHE 77-26473). We would like to acknowledge Professor Frank Anet of U.C.L.A. for his collaboration, contributions, and advice during the development of our Fourier transform software. [Pg.89]
