it is useful to identify profile neighbors using a variety of different techniques such that one can arrive at a consensus list of neighbors. Here too, as previously described for the compounds that shared strong hits on the diltiazem site calcium channel assay, the ADRs for the similar compounds can be collected and tabulated to aid in identifying ADRs that are shared by compounds with this type of profile. A selection of these ADRS that are common to a number of the profile neighbors can be found in Table 2.4.
