An Example PSSR Program

The example PSSR administrative procedure below shows one way to record the philosophy, methods, and documentation of adherence to the methods this book describes. 

Compare this example to an existing PSSR program. Are there areas where one is more conservative than the other from a safety standpoint Does one require tighter management control than the other Consider the culture and resources available and identify aspects which could be addressed in a way that may enhance compliance or display the organization s philosophy toward PSSR and PSM in general.
